Right of withdrawal

Won't you be satisfied of your purchase, or or the product is not responding to the description and to the image provided, you may exercise your right of withdrawal (to senses and effects of the D. Lgs. n. 185/1999 of the Italian law) within 10 (ten) days from the date of the order.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Please send a registered letter with return receipt in which you expressly ask to exercise the right of withdrawal to senses and effects of the D. Lgs. n. 185/1999 of the Italian law, indicating the character of the products you'd like to return, with a special reference to the order. In the letter you may provide the bank or postal current account data on which you'd like to receive the refund.

Refund
The refund of the purchased products will be done within 60 (sixty) days as of the date of receipt of the registered letter.
