GB32 Zhongdu, 'Central Capital', works deeply on the lateral thigh muscles. It is an often overlooked point but extremely useful in neuromuscular pain with lateral irradiation, especially in chronic syndromes due to stagnation or persistent Dampness. It is also used in post-traumatic rehabilitation to restore Qi and Blood flow in the muscle fascia.
