SI4 is located on the ulnar side of the hand, in the depression between the base of the fifth metacarpal and the carpal bone (triquetral bone), at the edge of the transverse wrist crease.

Curiosity
Wangu, 'Wrist Bones', is often underrated but very effective in treating joint disorders (especially of the wrist) and pain radiating along the Taiyang pathway. It also acts on the chest, useful in cases of fullness or emotional blockage. Often combined with SI3, LI5, and PC7 in joint treatment protocols.
