GB24 Riyue, 'Sun and Moon', is the anterior Mu point of the Gallbladder, and plays a central role in both diagnosis and treatment. According to Chinese medicine, Mu points directly reflect the functional state of internal organs: tenderness at GB24 upon palpation may indicate liver-gallbladder Qi stagnation, congestion, or liver fire.
